For groups of 15 persons or more(10 for Guangdong Package)
Full package covers meals, transportation, admission to places of interest and attractions plus a local guide to accompany with the group during tour. Every thing in the programme is covered except airport tax and personal expenses.
Based on the same itinerary, groups can alternatively choose different level of services on their own accord. These can be provision of hostel accommodation, flight and/or train tickets, local information and map as well as assistance on arrival and departure from each city etc. In other words, this will enable group to have more freedom and flexibility during their journey.
Visa for China can be obtained from the offices of China Travel Service in Hong Kong. Express service takes 24 hours and normal service takes 72 hours. No letter of invitation is required. Most of the visitors do not need a visa for Hong Kong.
Application can also be made to the Chinese Embassy in respective country, letter of invitation and relevant support document, if required, will be provided upon confirmation of booking .
Dates to be avoided
It is advisable to avoid arrival between 14 April and 29 April as well as 14 October and 29 October in Guangzhou due to the Spring and Autumn Trade Fairs; Between 28 September and 5 October in Beijing because of the National Day Celebration; Between 7 October and 17 October in Shenzhen in light of the High-Tech Fair. The Chinese New Year is between the mid January and early February depending on the Lunar calendar of the year, it is always difficult to travel during this time of the year.
